I'm going to give some props here to my alma mater, Bentley College (now Bentley University). They were the first college / university in the US that I know of to have a course dealing with beer. I don't remember the name of the course, but they basically learn the life-cycle of business at Boston Beer Company.
To one up Bentley, a Maine based college (Colby College) is now teaching consumption! Maybe I'll be heading back for another masters degree.
