I just stumbled across Realbeer.com's Beer for the Holidays blog. It launched as the beginning of the month and they are busily posting about holiday beers, gift suggestions, and just about anything else that is related to beer and the holidays.

If you want to integrate beer into your Thanksgiving holiday by a means other than just sitting around drinking it until your relatives leave your house, you may want to try this recipe for Porter Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing. If you are cooking for non-carnivores you could probably use crumbled tofu sausage patties instead of real, meaty sausage.

December 5 is the 73rd anniversary of Prohibition ending in the US (as well as the Day of the Ninja). What better way to celebrate than by having a beer? Thanks to Paul at Drink This Blog for pointing this out.
