If you want to integrate beer into your Thanksgiving holiday by a means other than just sitting around drinking it until your relatives leave your house, you may want to try this recipe for Porter Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing. If you are cooking for non-carnivores you could probably use crumbled tofu sausage patties instead of real, meaty sausage.
