Two craft brewers affiliated with Anheuser-Busch might merge, according to disclosures in filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Widmer Brothers Brewing Company and Redhook Ale Brewery “may commence preliminary discussions concerning a merger or other combination between the company and Widmer,” the filing said.
